This is the only the second owner of this aircraft. Always hangared. The complete electrical system was updated in 2007.
I have personally inspected this aircraft and its records. It is an extremely nice Cessna 182RG. This is everything most pilots would want to do to equip their Cessna 182RG.
Note: The owner is willing to include the documentation for the LLC in which the airplane is held. This would mean that the title would not change for the new owner. Only a change of address notice would be required by the FAA. In some states this might impact any sales tax that might otherwise be due.
