History:

The owner searched for years to find this magnificent F33A Bonanza. It has been meticulously maintained based in Southern Nevada. If you are a serious Bonanza buyer you will want to take it home when you see it. When you see this airplane you will not be disappointed.

Although the engine is approaching TBO, it is currently under an oil analysis program and getting oil changes every 25 hours. With the strong compression readings and continued operations under the current maintenance schedule, this engine should run a long time before an overhaul is necessary. Many experts suggest that it is not necessary to overhaul an engine until compression readings or oil samples demonstrate adverse indications. Under Part 91 operations the TBO is a recommendation not a requirement.
